Hotels were not good, confirmation of hotels per itinerary was useless- they were changed every other day with no notice or reasoning even the same day- had to change rooms a couple of times even at 10 pm and once we’re requested by hotel to switch at 10.45 since the room given to us had been given to someone else earlier.
Accounting was also no good - after depositing the correct amounts agreed they still kept saying that they had not received the correct amount due to accounting errors at their end- spent lots of hours sorting this out !!
Driver was good however and very helpful.

Once full payment had been made then any questions asked were answered after a time delay- driver and vehicle were good however hotels were changed at the last minute and we were unaware of this (due to no wifi during the day)
Some hotels were not clean and the geyser did not work or amenities provided were not the same as promised ☝️
